Our charming restaurant is run by Yannick Bernouin, who trained in a Michelin-starred restaurant. He uses fresh, local produce and Normandy’s distinctive flavours to offer a four-course, fixed-price, fine gourmet menu that changes every day.

"My learning process started in Bourgogne and then Quebec sealed my desire to become a chef one day, to go into the wonderful profession that is cuisine.
I had an amazing experience in London when I worked with Jean Christophe Novelli, a terrific teacher, a trendsetter, who taught me the importance of technique, sensitivity and perfect decoration.
Then I went to Carcassone to work with the rigorous Monsieur Delburgo in La Berbacane, a 2-Michelin Star restaurant.
Finally, I discovered beautiful Normandy, where I first worked at the Ferme Sain Siméon. A hotel which is renowned for its high quality food and where I cultivated perfectionism and a strong work ethic.
Then I was very honoured to be promoted Chef at the Auberge de la Source, a place like no other, where the menu constantly evolves to satisfy our passionate clients. Here I am able to constantly reinvent my cuisine and to create something beautiful, different and delicious every day. This process of investigation is of course to the benefit our guests' palates, since they are always looking for something new and exciting to discover. It is a permanent exchange; a bond is created between us and our clients so that we can share a common experience in a relaxed and unique atmosphere."
